The car service operation really poor and we will be going elsewhere. Not only were they more than an hour late to finish the service (an hour past the time they told us to be there to collect the vehicle, which meant we were kept waiting) but then we were told that they couldn't complete the service due to an issue with a fitting and we would have to re-book it. When we rang back (twice) to try to re-book the car it seemed that no one knew what needed to happen. Both times we rang we were told someone would get back to us but no one did. When we eventually put in a complaint about this, it was never responded to. Really, really poor customer service. Won't be returning.
Came to the dealership for a test drive and met Alex Hong, he was helpful and knowledgeable of the car and features available. He also gave honest and good advise over the price differences. Will look for Alex on my next Hyundai purchase!

It's the personalised services provided by Alex Hong that has induced me into purchasing a new i30 Elite, the last order in this model.
Alex Hong provided a door-to-door service which made the purchase a lot easier for me. He drove an i30 to my place for test drive, delivered the new car 7 weeks later and picked up my old one. Again today delivered to me the interior pack. Saved me from driving to the dealership multiple times.
The Sales Manager offered me one complimentary car service becuase the delay in delivery due to Xmas break.
